Really enjoyed this. Awesome and long story.
Really enjoyed this. Awesome and long story.
This game was amazing. I have played every choice altering game and found this one to be the best. It is long it is unique, your choices actually matter long term, there is romance and action and drama! It lacks for nothing! Definitely get this game!
Lords of Aswick is a great game. Easily one of the best on Hosted Games and CoG. The length of the game is definitely a plus as it has hours of play time. The only problem I encountered was some spelling errors. Other than that, great game.
This was an awesome game. One of my favorites. And then at the end (Spoiler!) it mentions the 5th generation. Does that mean a sequel? I hope so. If it doesnt, it needs to! Overall, awesome story!
So Ive read just about every choice based game out there on apps and most of the books too when I was a kid. This app is one of the best ever. You cant rightly rate anything other then 5 stars on this app. Its a long story but not to complex. YOU CAN BUILD element of YOUR OWN TOWN (this so need to be in the writers next choice game). The ending are fantastic. Like anything you can nit-pick on small details or complain about what you would have done but the reality is this is a solid game if your a smarty over age 13.
This game is very well written and though yes at the beginning it may seem a drag stick with it definitely the longest COG I have played and now also one of my favorites defiantly worth the 3 bucks I spent

This is a well written story but its tiring to constantly hit the "Next" button. Could have gone so many directions....not much "choice."
This truly is probably one of the best if not the best work that Hosted Games has done so far for me. I thoroughly enjoy the history-related "become a king/leader" games where you get to play the role as someone who can influence your nation. I really felt like I was in medieval England. Maybe theyll make an Ancient Rome one next where you pick the side of Caesar or the Senate? Either way Im defiantly excited to see what Hosted Games will come out with next.
Very detailed story, always leaves you wanting more. One of those "one more page! " feeling you get.
I have to say this is the best choice game I played and I played them all. The fact that this is long,(still not finish) choices are defined and story is good make this one the best of all. Thank you makers!
This is a very long story which is great, definitely worth it and the story is good too with lots of replay value
Its too bad there are so few reviews in this game. The story is enticing. I was completely immersed in my character. Better than all the other choice games I have played thus far.
The content and detail of every page is phenomenal, but the choices are too few and far between to keep someone like me entertained. But thats just my opinion. Also, when you do make a choice in say something involving customization, the choice is not nearly described enough as well as it should be on the next page. Overall, the concept and writing is great but the choices need improvement.
I loved this more than Zombie Exodus, and thats a tough one to beat
This game is awesome. No better way to put it, and way worth my money. I just love anything feudal and this game lets me live my life as a lord. So far the best text based game I have ever played.
First review (after quite a few tries...), ever so first off: Lovely game, pretty neat... However, it is not appreciated that this happened. If you give the choice for a character to be bisexual (or interested in both male and female, as stated in-game) then let that be consistent. My character shouldnt be uncomfortable laying with his wife, even if he has laid with a man because he LIKES both. Seriously, please look into this and fix the text surrounding it. Theres no point in having a bisexual character and them not actually being bisexual...
Top of its class
Dont pay for this. You barely get any choices compared to similar games, and there are grammatical errors and bugs in the game itself (MANY grammatical errors). Not worth the money or time.
I like the concept of the story - the life of an individual from birth to death. Despite the horrific writing at times and many links that just didnt fit perfectly, the general flow and spirit of the story was very enjoyable and I spent a lazy day living in the past. Battle scenes worked well on my first read. Okay so my wife had her third baby when she was about 60-62 years old! That was weird. I suspected other age related glitches with minor characters but no big deal. If you want a story with a lot of interaction, get Sorcery series. If you like to read about the medieval ages and dont mind just gently steering the story, then consider this.
